Job summary

Envelope ENG in Wellington is seeking a Project Lead + Senior Civil Engineer to lead the design, planning, and execution of a broad range of civil engineering and land development projects. You will support the Wellington Civil Manager to ensure on-time delivery and quality outcomes.

The role requires significant technical civil engineering experience, a proven project-management track record, and strong client communication skills; people-management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of civil engineering experience with project management responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent competency.
• Experience liaising with clients and pursuing business goals in line with plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, planning, and execution of civil engineering and land development projects.
• Support the Wellington Civil Manager to manage delivery of projects.
• Demonstrate strong technical civil engineering expertise with client communications; people-management experience preferred.
