Holmes in Wellington seeks a Senior Civil Engineer to lead complex infrastructure projects, provide technical direction and build trusted client relationships. You will own project outcomes and collaborate across teams to solve challenging problems while mentoring junior engineers.

Formación

• You will bring strong civil engineering and infrastructure design experience across a wide variety of project types and design elements.
• Experience leading projects and building trusted client relationships is highly valued.
• Ability to mentor engineers and contribute to business development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery of complex civil engineering projects from proposal through to completion
• Provide technical direction across a broad range of infrastructure design work
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and pursue repeat work
• Take ownership of project outcomes including quality, programme and commercial performance
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to solve technically challenging problems
• Mentor and support developing engineers to build team capability
• Contribute to Holmes' presence in the Wellington market and support BD efforts
