Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering required.
• Minimum of 7 years in chemical process design and simulation.
• Experience with advanced process simulation software is mandatory.
• Proven track record in developing detailed process designs and P&IDs.
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics, kinetics, and separation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of conceptual process designs and feasibility studies.
• Perform process simulations and modeling using Aspen Plus or HYSYS.
• Develop detailed PFDs and P&IDs for projects.
• Optimize designs for efficiency, safety, cost, and sustainability.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a remote setting.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure compliance with industry standards.
