Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience as a Chef in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
• Passion for using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create innovative and delicious dishes.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.

As the Senior Chef de partie at The Speight's Ale House, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers. This is a full-time position based in Queenstown, Otago, where you will be responsible for working alongside the Head and Sous Chef to deliver delicious, hearty, classic South Island kiwi food.
