Transpower New Zealand in Wellington is seeking a seasoned Change Manager to lead business change for large-scale transmission projects in OPTI. You will develop change strategies, assess readiness, identify impacts, and drive adoption across processes, people and technology.

Working with project managers and sponsors, you’ll influence stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure change activities are integrated into project plans while delivering tangible benefits for the electricity system and

Qualificações

• Relevant tertiary and change management qualifications.
• Experience delivering and embedding business change across process, people, and technology.
• Experience applying change principles, methodologies, and tools to assess readiness, manage risks, and support adoption.
• Ability to influence and move projects at pace toward common goals.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Experience aligning change initiatives to strategy and measurable benefits.
