Worley in Wellington seeks a Lead/Principal Power Systems Engineer to guide major power projects across Australia and New Zealand. You will lead studies, mentor engineers and drive grid connection programs for renewable and traditional assets.

You bring deep expertise in power system analysis, modelling tools and regulatory frameworks, with a track record of delivering complex projects from concept through commissioning. Hybrid working arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Experience leading power systems projects from concept to commissioning.
• Strong modelling and analysis skills for power networks.
• Knowledge of NZ/ANZ power systems and grid codes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for complex power system studies.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and ensure quality outcomes.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to business development.
