QBE Insurance Group in Auckland seeks a Senior Change Manager to lead the change management function for strategic initiatives across the Pacific. You will establish change frameworks, engage stakeholders, and plan communications to maximise delivery benefits.

You will oversee the change network, align resources with governance, and drive adoption across the business while mentoring the team and delivering measurable outcomes.

Formación

• Proven experience in change management, project delivery and business management within a complex environment.
• Strong knowledge of change strategies, frameworks, methodologies and tools.
• Experience leading technology and systems change, including an understanding of integrations and business impacts.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver agile change programs across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Ability to use data to build compelling cases for change, demonstrate return on investment and identify localisation requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the change management team and broader change network to align resources with business.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality services are delivered.
• Develop and implement change management strategies for the Pacific region.
• Establish and maintain processes to ensure compliance and efficiency with QBE frameworks and governance.
• Assess potential impacts of change and evaluate risk factors.
• Design and execute activities to support change adoption across the business.
• Mentor and support the change network and team members to deliver outcomes.
