Job summary

Chubb Life in Wellington is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to navigate complex processes across several projects, from mapping how a process runs to writing the technical requirements behind the fix.

You’ll be part of a lean team, driving conversations, defining MVPs with detailed acceptance criteria, and delivering outcomes with agile methods, including stakeholder alignment at all levels.

• Years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex organisations.
• Experience across process and technical work.
• Ability to define MVP with acceptance criteria.

Chubb Life is aiming to be New Zealand's number one life insurer, and better processes and systems are a big part of getting there. As Senior Business Analyst, reporting to the Business Analysis Lead, you'll work across several projects at once, from mapping how a process really runs to writing the technical requirements behind the fix.

We're a lean team. Nobody hands you a stakeholder map or tidy requirements. You start the conversations, find your way around and make things happen.

You'll work across process and technical, multiple projects and every level of the business, including senior leaders. Your work will be seen, and you'll be expected to use AI in how you deliver it.
