Job summary

BDO Rotorua is seeking an experienced Senior level Business Advisory professional to join our Rotorua team. This role focuses on meaningful client work, leadership development and a clear path to Partnership within a locally owned firm.

You will work closely with clients to understand their businesses, provide practical, commercially focused advice and progressively take on greater responsibilities, including mentoring teammates and contributing to the firm’s growth.

Qualifications

• Senior level Business Advisory experience in a NZ CA firm is required.
• Strong client relationship and advisory skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor and develop team members.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate insights into action.
• Experience reviewing financial reporting and advising on governance and structuring.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level business, financial and structuring advice to clients.
• Lead and develop others and grow your own client relationships and portfolio.
• Contribute to the direction of the wider practice and take on greater responsibility.
