Job summary

Tourism Holdings Limited, trading as thl, is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Christchurch Rental Operations. This senior role carries responsibility for operational performance, people leadership, customer outcomes, health and safety, financial results and continuous improvement across a large, fast-paced rental operation.

You will report to the National Operations Manager and work with branch managers and team leaders to deliver a safe, sustainable, high-performing workplace

Qualifications

• Experience leading large operational teams
• Strong commercial acumen and P&L awareness
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced rental environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a large operational team through managers and team leaders.
• Drive branch performance across safety, customer service, productivity, revenue and costs including P&L oversight.
• Own the branch business plan, targets, reporting and corrective actions.
• Create a performance-based culture with engaged, accountable teams.
• Champion health and safety, compliance and company procedures.
• Use data to identify trends, solve problems and drive improvements.
