This is a functional BA role within a technology-enabled change programme, focusing on mapping complex processes and translating business needs into clear requirements for practical digital solutions.

You will engage with operational teams and senior stakeholders to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' Business Analyst experience.
• Strong mapping of operational and people processes.
• Experience in process improvement and business transformation.
• Exposure to digital solution delivery within an IT environment.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and organisational skills.
• Excellent written communication and ability to document business options.
