Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis across complex digital and technology initiatives
• Elicit, analyse, and document complex business and technical requirements
• Partner closely with architects, developers, and testers to shape fit-for-purpose solutions
• Provide strategic analysis advice to delivery leads and senior stakeholders
• Support solution design through feasibility assessments, options analysis, and impact assessment
• Ensure traceability and quality of requirements through the delivery lifecycle
• Identify risks, dependencies, and impacts across systems, processes, and customers
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BA standards, tools, and ways of working
• Coach and support Technical Business Analysts within the Analysis & Design Practice.
