Ac3 Australia is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to support a large, complex ICT environment in Wellington. You will work across cloud and on‑premises infrastructure, focusing on Azure, AD/AD‑related services, Windows Server, vSphere and Exchange, while driving automation and security improvements.

The role involves mentoring engineers, collaborating with stakeholders and delivering reliable enterprise services in a fixed‑term contract that includes DR, backup, and ongoing

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Azure experience including deployment, administration and security.
• Extensive Active Directory / Azure ADExperience including Group Policy and identity access management.
• Proven experience with Windows Server, VMware and Microsoft Exchange.
• Experience with Citrix administration, virtualization and enterprise storage technologies.
• Solid networking, security, backup and disaster recovery knowledge.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting, automation and infrastructure management tools.

Responsabilités

• Manage and support enterprise infrastructure across Azure and on‑premises environments.
• Administer AD, Azure AD, Group Policy, Exchange and Windows Server environments.
• Support VMware, Citrix, storage and related infrastructure technologies.
• Monitor performance, availability, security and capacity of infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents and implement upgrades and improvements.
• Develop automation scripts and adopt Infrastructure as Code practices.
