Fluid Recruitment is seeking a Senior Immigration Lawyer for a New Zealand-based role that blends employer-sponsored and private client work across a broad range of immigration matters.

You will handle visa applications, residency matters, and provide strategic immigration advice to employers and individuals, with potential to expand into employment law areas as you grow within the team.

The Opportunity

The role will provide a balanced mix of employer and private client immigration work, giving you exposure to a broad range of matters and clients.

You will have the opportunity to work across areas including:

• Employer-sponsored and corporate immigration matters
• Private client and family-based immigration
• Visa applications and residency matters
• Advising employers and individuals on immigration requirements
• The opportunity to assist with related employment law matters, should this be an area you are interested in developing
