Fluid Recruitment in Christchurch seeks a Senior Immigration Lawyer to lead a balanced mix of employer and private client matters.

You will handle visa applications, residency matters and advise employers and individuals on immigration requirements, with scope to develop employment law experience.

Qualifications

• At least 7 PQE working in New Zealand immigration law.
• Strong technical knowledge across a range of immigration matters.

The Opportunity

The role will provide a balanced mix of employer and private client immigration work, giving you exposure to a broad range of matters and clients.

You will have the opportunity to work across areas including:

• Employer-sponsored and corporate immigration matters
• Private client and family-based immigration
• Visa applications and residency matters
• Advising employers and individuals on immigration requirements
• The opportunity to assist with related employment law matters, should this be an area you are interested in developing
