Job summary

Fluid Recruitment is seeking a Property and Private Client Solicitor/Associate for their Christchurch CBD office. The successful candidate will benefit from mentorship from several partners and exposure to a broad range of matters including trusts and estates, wills, enduring powers of attorney, and property.

Ideally, you will have 5+ PQE in property and private client work and will enjoy contributing to a collaborative team while meeting individual deadlines to high client standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle property matters and disputes as well as trusts and estates.

The Opportunity

Our client is a national firm that supports a wide range of both personal and business needs across New Zealand. They are looking to appoint a highly motivated Property and Private Client Solicitor/ Associate to sit in their Christchurch CBD office.

You'll have the ability to receive mentorship from several partners and collaborate with lawyers of all levels within a larger team, which means great exposure; and have autonomy over a range of matters including trusts and estates, wills, enduring powers of attorneys, and property.

About You

Ideally, you will have at minimum 5+ PQE prior experience in property and private client work and are looking to scale up to a reputable brand in the market who can offer a fantastic career pathway.
