Job summary
Jasper Venture Group is seeking an Asset Manager with a leasing and project focus to oversee and optimise the performance of our ~$500m portfolio in New Zealand. You will drive leasing, manage tenant relationships, and oversee capital expenditure and value-add projects, coordinating with external consultants and the Investment Manager.
The role offers progression as the Jasper portfolio expands, with opportunities to position assets for long-term institutional ownership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years in commercial real estate leasing or asset management.
- Strong negotiator with excellent communication and project management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimise performance of a ~$500m portfolio.
- Drive leasing execution and stabilise income.
- Manage tenant relationships and asset operations oversight.
- Lead capex and value-add projects.
- Collaborate with Investment Manager and external consultants.
