Job summary

Pinnacles Civil is seeking a Senior Asset Manager to lead strategic asset management across civil infrastructure programs in New Zealand. You will partner with clients to maximise asset performance, influence investment, and shape lifecycle plans.

The role requires 10–15 years in civil engineering with at least 5 years in asset management, and hands-on experience with RAMM or Juno Viewer. A Civil Engineering degree is essential.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years' experience in civil engineering.
• At least 5 years' dedicated experience in asset management.
• Proven experience delivering asset management services on civil infrastructure projects in NZ.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic asset management plans for civil infrastructure projects.
• Develop long-term asset strategies, lifecycle plans and investment programmes with clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local government, NZ Transport Agency and other stakeholders.
• Undertake asset performance assessments, condition evaluations and risk-based decision making.
• Identify opportunities to improve asset performance and whole-of-life cost outcomes.
