Archway Recruitment is seeking an Intermediate to Senior Architectural Technician for a leading design practice. You'll work on large, technically challenging NZ projects from detailed design through construction documentation in Auckland or Christchurch.
Role requires advanced Revit skills, strong coordination abilities and a track record delivering complex commercial, government, civic and infrastructure projects. NZ Building Code knowledge essential.
Qualifications
- Intermediate to senior level Architectural Technician experience.
- Advanced proficiency using Revit.
- Experience delivering construction documentation for large-scale projects.
Responsibilities
- Work on diverse portfolio from detailed design to construction documentation.
- Coordinate project information and ensure documentation meets high standards.
- Lead or support projects through all technical stages with multidisciplinary teams.
