Job summary
Archway Recruitment in Christchurch, New Zealand, is seeking an experienced Architect to join a respected studio delivering award-winning projects across education, healthcare, commercial and public sectors. You will design, coordinate documentation, and manage client and consultant relationships to uphold design excellence and technical delivery.
The role requires NZ-registered status or equivalent experience, strong Revit skills, and a collaborative approach within multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications
- Registration as an Architect with current NZ validation.
- Experience delivering complex architecture projects across sectors.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to project design from concept to completion.
- Lead and coordinate project documentation and delivery.
- Manage relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
- Support project planning, programming, and team coordination.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout project lifecycles.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve outstanding project outcomes.
