Job summary

Sanford Limited, a leading seafood producer in New Zealand, seeks a Senior Applications Support Analyst to join our IT team at the Auckland head office in Wynyard Quarter. This senior, hands-on role focuses on ensuring smooth operation and continuous improvement of Sanford's ERP and MES systems across legacy and cloud platforms.

You will investigate incidents, manage changes and deployments via Azure DevOps, mentor teammates and collaborate with business users and vendors to deliver practical

Qualifications

• Experience supporting ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, configuration, testing, upgrades and deployments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for ERP and MES systems.
• Investigate incidents, manage service requests and complex issues via ServiceDesk+.
• Perform application administration including security roles, user management and master data.
• Support system changes, upgrades, patches and deployments, including testing and UAT with Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams and external vendors to identify root causes and deliver solutions.
• Identify and contribute to system and process improvements with clear documentation.
• Mentor and share knowledge to promote best practices within the team.
