Theta is seeking an experienced Lead Data Consultant to join the Data and Insights Practice in Auckland, NZ. You will own end-to-end analytics delivery with Microsoft Fabric and the Azure Data Platform, shaping trusted reporting and semantic models for clients.

You will lead discovery, design semantic models, and deliver pragmatic analytics solutions that teams adopt, paired with clear documentation and coaching for customers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on Power BI delivery including semantic model design and DAX optimization.
• 4+ years client-facing consulting, leading discovery and stakeholder workshops.
• 4+ years analytics data modelling and SQL, with dimensional modelling and profiling.
• 4+ years end-to-end analytics delivery ownership from requirements to handover.

Responsabilités

• Lead client discovery to define KPIs/metrics and reporting outcomes.
• Design semantic model and analytics data model; build first iteration in Fabric/Power BI.
• Deliver fit-for-purpose solutions and hand over with documentation and coaching.
