Job summary

ASB Bank is seeking a Senior Analyst in Enterprise Execution & Change to turn data into actionable insight. You’ll assess package readiness, dependencies, capacity and risks, delivering clear governance and reporting for leadership.

You’ll work with EEC tools, apply low-code automation and AI to improve how the team operates and adds value to delivery. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on data analysis.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills and confidence working with complex information and data.
• Experience in an analysis, portfolio support, strategy or change environment.
• Ability to translate data into insight and explain implications for delivery and decision-making.
• Experience using low-code platforms and workflow automation to improve reporting, analysis or productivity.
• Experience building or working with AI-enabled solutions, copilots, automations or analytical tools.
• Curious, continuous-improvement mindset and interest in applying emerging technology to solve business problems.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on data quality.
• Strong written communication and ability to create clear reporting and governance materials.
• Strong organisation, coordination and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse package readiness, progress and delivery confidence, identifying issues and escalation needs.
• Bring together data from across packages to identify constraints, dependencies, risks and hotspots.
• Translate complex information into meaningful insights for stakeholders about what’s happening and why it matters.
• Maintain package artefacts, actions, milestones, measures, risks and reporting.
• Support dependency and capacity analysis across enterprise change.
• Coordinate inputs from stakeholders and maintain high-quality governance information.
• Maintain and improve EEC tools, templates and information sources.
• Use low-code, workflow automation and AI to improve reporting, dependency management, governance and productivity.
• Support package health reviews and improve EEC reporting and processes.
