Job summary

Westpac NZ is seeking an AI Delivery and Implementation Manager to unify and govern enterprise AI initiatives. You will define scope, milestones and governance, coordinating multiple delivery teams and ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies.

You will lead stakeholder engagement, manage risks, and guide delivery through hybrid and Agile approaches in a complex financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI initiatives in enterprise settings.
• Strong project management lifecycle knowledge and governance.
• Ability to manage multiple delivery streams and stakeholders.
• Proven track record with Agile, Lean and hybrid delivery models.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Establish project discipline across AI initiatives and define scope, milestones and goals.
• Coordinate project leads and provide regular reporting to leadership.
• Governance, compliance and alignment with internal policies.
• Manage resources, sponsors, risks and delivery dependencies across teams.
