Job summary

The Ministry of Social Development in Wellington is seeking a Senior Advisor in Business Service Design and Readiness to help shape MSD’s transformation. You will work across the Transformation Group to turn future directions into practical, customer-centred designs and guidance.

We are looking for senior advisors with experience delivering strategic documents, with the ability to provide high-level direction and advice across MSD’s Transformation Programme.

Qualifications

• Experience working at a senior advisory level on transformational or highly complex work.
• Ability to develop strategic direction, recommendations and concise written documents.
• Proven stakeholder engagement, collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience delivering at pace with conflicting deadlines and ambiguity.
• Ability to influence others and build trusted relationships.
