You’re ideally CA qualified, experienced, get the technical numbers piece of accounting and have the confidence to provide sound, practical advice. You genuinely love being the go-to for clients and are hungry to deepen the conversation, broaden the services and generate more of those priceless “ah hah” moments that take them wherever they want to go. You have experience reviewing and supporting the rest of the team – or are ready to take this next step.
You might be a generalist or have specialised along the way, but you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a New Zealand Public Practice environment. You may already be in Central or are considering a move. What matters here is sound technical skill matched with a smart, curious mind and a personality that genuinely gives a damn about others.

This is a full-time, Alexandra-based, office-first role. You’ll have the tools and flexibility to work elsewhere occasionally, including from our Dunedin office.
