Job summary

LUMO Digital Outdoor in Auckland CBD is seeking a Senior Account Manager for a contract role to drive revenue growth and strengthen key client relationships within our direct sales portfolio.

You will manage high-value accounts, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling campaigns and performance reporting for senior stakeholders, while negotiating contracts and ensuring exceptional service delivery across New Zealand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management or sales, ideally B2B in digital media or advertising.
• Proven track record of managing large accounts and meeting sales targets.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising and outdoor media landscape.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across levels of an organization.
• Ability to identify client needs and develop creative solutions that drive results.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with key direct clients; be the primary contact.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities; upsell and cross-sell within accounts.
• Develop tailored account strategies to maximize client value and retention.
• Prepare and present proposals and campaign recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to achieve mutual outcomes.
• Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and provide reporting to clients.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, creative, and technical teams for campaign delivery.
• Forecast pipeline and strive to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients in the direct sales channel.
• Attend industry events to strengthen market presence and relationships.
