Job summary

Defence Line Security Limited in Auckland is seeking a Security Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on a full-time, on-site basis. The role includes providing a company vehicle, conducting regular site visits, and ensuring work meets contractual standards.

You will manage staff rosters, supervise security officers, address performance issues, and coordinate with law enforcement as needed. The position follows a 24/7 roster aligned with existing contracts.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role and/or a minimum of a relevant Level 5 qualification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to client sites.
• Supervise security officers and address performance-related matters.
• Communicate with the Director regarding any contractual breaches.
• Coordinate with police and law enforcement when necessary.
• Complete incident reports in a timely manner.
• Organise and maintain the security guard roster.
• Manage disciplinary matters when required.
• Track and maintain company assets such as uniforms and safety footwear.
