Qualifications

• Three years of experience in security monitoring and surveillance.
• Level 5 IT or Security qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cameras, dispatch patrols, and respond to alarms.
• Monitor patrolling vehicles using GPS tracking systems.
• Dispatch patrol vehicles and security personnel in response to alarms or incidents.
• Maintain communication with patrol officers and field staff.
• Receive and record incident reports from patrol officers and clients.
• Support CCTV software, troubleshoot networks, and assist users with IT systems.
• Respond to and resolve IT support requests from security guards, patrol staff, and office employees.
• Support alarm monitoring platforms and associated communication systems.
• Monitor system performance and identify potential network issues.
• Support remote access solutions for patrol vehicles and field staff.
• Assist clients with access to CCTV footage, monitoring platforms, and security reporting systems.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on the use of security technology and software.
• Prepare reports relating to system performance, incidents, and technical issues.
• Prepare incident logs and operational reports.
