Responsibilities

• Receive and record incident reports from patrol officers and clients.
• Support CCTV software, troubleshoot networks, and assist users with IT systems.

• Support alarm monitoring platforms and associated communication systems.
• Monitor system performance and identify potential network issues.
• Support remote access solutions for patrol vehicles and field staff.

About the Role
