Millennium Services Group is seeking a professional and reliable Security Officer to join our Invercargill team. This casual position offers shifts across day and night, weekday and weekend, with an hourly rate of 26.00 NZD.

You will patrol, respond to incidents, and uphold safety and service standards for a shopping centre environment. Successful candidates will hold a valid NZ Security Licence, COA, First Aid/CPR, and NZ working rights, with retail security experience preferred.

Qualifications

• A valid Security Licence.
• Certificate of Approval (COA) is required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Previous security experience (retail experience highly regarded).
• Full New Zealand working rights.

About the Role

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering a high standard of customer service. This role involves a mix of patrols, incident response, and client-facing duties.

Positions available: Casual

Hourly rate: $26.00

Shifts: Weekday and weekend | Day and night shifts

Key Responsibilities

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Good physical fitness, as patrols are required


• Ability to work independently and follow procedures
