Job summary

Waste Management is seeking a Class 2 Driver to join our Wanaka-based Queenstown team. This hands-on role involves driving, growing knowledge of NZTA regulations, and maintaining safety records. The job is seasonal part-time, 24 hours per week, with rosters from 6:00pm to 10:00pm, based in Wanaka.

Applicants should hold a current Class 2 NZ driver's licence and be comfortable working evenings in a physically active environment, with a commitment to safety and reliable service.

Qualifications

• A clean and up to date Class 2 New Zealand driver's licence.
• NZTA and workplace safety knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a vehicle and equipment on board to ensure safe, timely collection in the Queenstown/Wanaka area.
• Perform vehicle safety checks and complete required paperwork.
