Fulton Hogan in Alexandra (Central Otago) is seeking a Sealing Crew Operative to join our hands-on team. Based in Alexandra, you’ll support chip sealing operations through specialist machine operation and general labouring, delivering high quality work with safety at the forefront.

You’ll work alongside a supportive crew, gain practical skills, and grow your career in a down-to-earth environment that values reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Minimum Class 1 licence required.
• Experience operating machines; WTR endorsements preferred but not essential.
• Commitment to safety, quality and teamwork.
• Strong communication and reliable attitude.
• Able to perform hands-on outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Operate specialist plant and equipment to support chip sealing activities.
• Carry out general labouring and day-to-day crew tasks on site.
• Work safely and follow health, safety, and quality requirements.
• Support the crew to deliver high-quality work on time.
• Look after plant, equipment, and the worksite presentation.

Based in Alexandra, this full‑time Sealing Crew Operative role is a hands‑on position where you'll support chip sealing operations through specialist machine operation and general labouring.
