Qualifications

• Fully registered Scale A teacher.
• Ability to uphold Catholic Special Character and teach the religious education programme.
• Experience teaching in the middle school (Years 4–8).
• Interest in physical education and sport is desirable.
• Experience with professional learning opportunities such as Manaiakalani is advantageous.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly effective fully registered Scale A teacher who is prepared to uphold the Catholic Special character and teach the religious education programme. The successful applicant will teach in the middle school.

Values and builds positive, collaborative relationships with children, colleagues, parents/whānau and has strengths in digital pedagogy to improve learner outcomes across the learning areas. Interest in physical education and sport desirable.

The successful applicant will have experience and aptitude with teaching as inquiry and integrating digital learning across the curriculum. As a member of Manaiakalani cluster a range of quality professional learning opportunities are provided.
