Job summary

Accenture New Zealand is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA EAM Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex EAM solutions as part of large-scale SAP transformation programs in Wellington.

You will combine deep SAP EAM expertise with strong stakeholder engagement and solution design capability, guiding cross-functional teams through design, build, test and deployment while ensuring Fit-to-Standard outcomes and robust integrations with MM, FI, AA, PS and related systems.

Qualifications

• Extensive SAP experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Plant Maintenance.
• Proven experience as an SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect or SAP EAM Architect.
• Experience delivering large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive design decisions.
• Experience leading solution design workshops and guiding cross-functional teams.

• Define target-state business processes and EAM solution roadmaps.

We’re seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA EAM Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions as part of large-scale SAP transformation programs.

This is a senior architecture leadership opportunity for a professional who combines deep SAP EAM expertise with strong stakeholder engagement and solution design capability. You will work with business, technology and program leaders to define target-state processes, drive Fit-to-Standard outcomes and ensure successful SAP S/4HANA implementation delivery.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management.
• Define target-state business processes and EAM solution roadmaps.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure and sustainable SAP solutions.
• Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops and promote SAP best practice adoption.
• Provide architecture leadership across maintenance management, asset lifecycle management, planning and scheduling functions.
• Design and govern integrations across Materials Management, Finance, Asset Accounting, Project Systems, warehousing and external operational systems.
• Guide functional and technical teams throughout design, build, test and deployment phases.
• Identify and manage solution risks, dependencies and architectural decisions.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive SAP experience with deep expertise in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Plant Maintenance.
• Proven experience as an SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect, SAP EAM Architect, SAP PM Lead or similar.
• Experience delivering large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of maintenance operations, work order management, preventive maintenance and asset lifecycle processes.
• Experience leading solution design workshops and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Ability to influence decisions across functional, technical and business teams.
