Job summary

Accenture Wellington is seeking a proactive Delivery Lead to drive SAP S/4HANA projects, collaborating with the Senior SAP Solution Architect to plan, manage, and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

You will bridge strategy and execution, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure successful deployment, integration, and adoption across client environments in New Zealand.

Qualifications

THE WORK:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Delivery Lead to drive the execution of SAP S/4HANA projects in close collaboration with our Senior SAP Solution Architect. HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Proven experience managing and delivering SAP S/4HANA projects, ideally with end-to-end lifecycle exposure.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules, processes, and integration principles.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities.
• Experience working with global and cross-functional teams in complex project environments.
• Ability to translate technical and architectural designs into practical delivery plans.
• Familiarity with Agile, SAP Activate, and other delivery methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, SAP Activate) preferred.
• Experience in leveraging emerging technologies and automation to enhance delivery outcomes is a plus.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

• Collaborate closely with the Senior SAP Solution Architect to ensure seamless transition from design to delivery.
• Lead and coordinate the delivery team, including SAP consultants, technical leads, and integration specialists.
• Partner with client stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure successful solution adoption.
