Shift Runners are required to work in our Burger store based in Auckland.
Total Number of Positions – 2

Qualification – Either a minimum of Higher secondary school certificate or higher
certificate/diploma/degree in any field OR Minimum 6 months experience working in Retail orHospitality field.
On-job training will be provided to the right candidate.

The role

You will work with Accenture teams and clients on shaping and executing strategic transformation programme for large businesses and government departments. As aConsultantyou willbe responsible forwork across programmes that include process redesign, AI and system implementation, and business transformation, among others. You willsupport Accenture leaders oncomplex transformation programmes, helping clients simplify, redesign, and implement improved ways of working, oftenleveragingtechnology and AI in how you do the work and in how teams’ work will be transformed. You will translate business problems into practical transformation plans, combining process redesign, operating model change, AI/automation, data and technology implementation, and value realisation. You will be accountable for deliveringquality analysis,supportingclient and Accenture teams as needed, tracking value and benefits (how do our clients get return on investment from the work we do together), and ensuring our recommendations are practical, implementable, and aligned to client strategy.

Design and delivery :Design practical target-state processes, service models, governancestructuresand implementation roadmaps

We are looking for a permanent full-time Customer Care Business Partner to join our team based in Auckland Central. You will be required to work 40 hours a week Monday to Friday.

The role is to be the main point for the coordination of VIP correspondence and second level, escalated complaint management, involving assessing, assigning and case managing complaints and coordinating responses for LGOIMA and other formal customer communication.

The role is required to ensure such requests are logged, monitored and closed in accordance with policy, procedure and standards, while aiming for a resolution for the customer.

The role involves acting in an advistory capacity to support business units manage complaints in a professional and timely manner.

To be qualified for this role, you need to demonstrate:

  • Three years of experience in complaints management or issue resolution, or holding a diploma level qualification, as we expect this role at an intermediate level or above.
  • Excellent comprehension and negotiation skills
