Job summary

Fisher Funds is looking for a CRM Functional Specialist to join our Digital Technology team in Auckland and help shape, optimise, and enhance the platforms that support exceptional client experiences.

In this role, you'll work with stakeholders across the business to translate needs into practical Salesforce solutions, improve CRM processes, support configuration, testing, and releases, and ensure ongoing value across the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce CRM platforms and related business processes.
• Strong understanding of lead management, opportunity management, customer servicing, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes, functionality, and user experience.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into practical Salesforce solutions.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and process documentation.
• Support CRM configuration, testing, release management, and implementation activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data management, and solution design.
• Maintain system documentation, process maps, and user guides.
• Provide functional support and troubleshooting to end users.
• Support training, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
