Job summary

PwC Wellington is hiring a Salesforce Technical Lead at Senior Manager level to drive design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions for diverse clients. You will collaborate with architects, consultants, and developers to translate intricate business needs into robust technical designs and implement across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.

You will mentor teams, oversee code reviews and deployments, and push innovation using AI and integration patterns while maintaining governance

Qualifications

8+ years of delivering complex Salesforce technical solutions in consulting or enterprise settings.
Experience in public sector environments (preferred).
Certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, OmniStudio, Application Architect, Data Architect, or System Architect are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior stakeholders across the full project lifecycle to align technical solutions with strategic objectives.
Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Create custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
Lead solution design reviews, code reviews, testing, and deployments using DevOps and CI/CD practices.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, optimize Salesforce performance, security, and scalability.
Champion governance and best practices; drive continuous improvement on projects.
Mentor consultants and junior engineers to foster collaboration and learning.
Maintain deep knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and transformation trends.
