Job summary

DIY Supply Tauranga is seeking a practical, hands-on team member to join our small crew. You’ll help customers in-store, on the phone, and online, and you’ll prepare quotes and process sales while assisting with loading vehicles and coordinating deliveries.

Being physically fit, reliable, and able to work independently in a small team is essential. A full NZ driver’s licence is required, and you’ll help keep the yard, showroom, and stock tidy and presentable.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service and building rapport with customers.
• Ability to manage quotes, process sales, and coordinate deliveries.
• Physically fit and capable of hands-on tasks in a yard/showroom environment.

This is primarily a sales and customer service role, helping customers find the right products and delivering an outstanding experience both in person and over the phone. Because we're a small team, you'll also need to be hands-on and willing to help wherever required. No two days are the same.
