Job summary

CMA CGM Group is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator in Auckland, Aotearoa. This permanent, full-time role supports the sales team with pricing, quotations, and platform assistance while promoting digital services to customers.

You will liaise with internal teams to resolve issues, maintain pricing data, and ensure accurate contract documentation to drive service excellence. This position requires NZ working rights and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales support, customer service, or the shipping, logistics, or supply chain industry.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills when managing pricing, quotations, and contracts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn internal systems and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate pricing, quotations, and contract documentation across all trades in a timely manner.
  • Support the sales team by managing customer enquiries, following up on quotations, and assisting with tender submissions.
  • Promote CMA CGM Group's digital platforms and value-added services to customers.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer, booking, pricing, and operational issues.
  • Maintain accurate pricing, contract, and system data to ensure compliance, billing accuracy, and service excellence.

About the Role:

Reporting to: Sales Support Supervisor

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

The Sales Support Coordinator handles pricing and quotation requests, supports the sales team with customer follow-up and digital platform assistance, promotes group services, and ensures all bookings have valid quotation references for processing. The role and responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare accurate pricing, quotations, and contract documentation across all trades in a timely manner.
  • Support the sales team by managing customer enquiries, following up on quotations, and assisting with tender submissions.
  • Promote CMA CGM Group's digital platforms and value-added services to customers.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
