Job summary

You will assist with coordinating demo equipment and sales collateral, processing marketing invoices and service contracts, and coordinating internal/external conferences with healthcare professionals, while supporting product and marketing managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, pharmacy, healthcare, business or marketing.
• Strong project and event management skills.

• Ability to liaise with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development, approval, distribution and supply of demo equipment and sales collateral.
• Process marketing invoices and service contracts; reconcile with finance.
• Coordinate internal and external conferences with healthcare professionals.
• Support Product and Marketing Managers with administrative duties.
• Assist business unit leaders with administrative tasks.
• Test and support rollout of Sales and Marketing tools like Salesforce and Showpad.
