Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator based in Auckland, New Zealand. You will provide sales and marketing administrative support to the business unit and commercial teams, helping implement strategies in the field.

The role involves coordinating demo equipment, marketing materials, and events, plus processing invoices and contracts. You will work with product managers and marketing leads to optimise tools and communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, healthcare, business or marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Experience coordinating events and marketing activities is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate development, approval, distribution and supply of demo equipment and sales collateral with external agencies and sales teams.
• Process marketing invoices and service contracts; reconcile with Finance.
• Coordinate internal and external conferences with healthcare professionals.
• Assist Product and Marketing Managers with non-customer facing duties and equipment management.
• Support business unit leaders with administrative tasks.
• Test and support rollout of Sales & Marketing tools such as Salesforce and Showpad.

THE OPPORTUNITY

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assistwith co-ordinating the development, approval, distribution and supply ofdemo equipment andsales collaterals. This includesliaison with external agencies and sales teams.

Scope of Role

• Alleviate workload on broader marketing team,timelyprovision of materials to sales team and positiveperceptionofEthiconwith healthcare professionals working in the respective therapeutic areas.
• Supervision and coaching provided by Product Managers and Marketing Manager.

• Preferred related industry experience:notrequired
• the ability to effectively manage projects and events, frominceptionto post event followup;
• an extremelystrong attention todetail;
• soundorganisationaland time management skills, with good taskprioritization;
• problem solving skills and the desire to 'own and resolve' issues;
• excellent communication and rapport building skills, with the desire to collaborate cross-functionally;
• Ideally, someone at entry level with enough work experience to hit the ground running, someone methodical, a good communicator, quick to learn, and a self-starter; and
