• Bachelors degree required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to manage projects and events from initiation to post-event follow-up.
• Extremely strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide sales and marketing admin support to business unit teams to execute strategies.
• Coordinate development, approval, distribution and supply of demo equipment and sales collateral; liaise with external agencies and sales teams.
• Process marketing invoices and service contracts; reconcile with finance.
• Coordinate internal and external conferences with health care professionals.
• Assist product and marketing managers with non-customer facing duties and equipment management.
• Support business unit leaders with administrative tasks.
• Test and support rollout of sales and marketing tools such as Salesforce and Showpad.
