Job summary

DePuy Synthes, part of Johnson & Johnson, seeks a Sales & Marketing Coordinator in Auckland to provide administrative support for sales and marketing initiatives.

You will help coordinate demo equipment, liaise with agencies, process invoices, and assist with events and cross-functional tasks while learning Salesforce and Showpad tools. This role offers visibility and growth within a global healthcare leader.

Qualifications

• Preferred area of study: science, pharmacy, healthcare, business or marketing.
• Ability to manage projects and events from inception to post-event follow-up.
• Strong attention to detail, and sound organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating the development, approval, distribution and supply of demo equipment and sales collaterals, liaising with external agencies and sales teams.
• Process marketing invoices and service contracts and reconcile with finance.
• Coordinate internal and external conferences with healthcare professionals.
• Assist Product and Marketing Managers with non-customer facing duties and equipment management.
• Support business unit leaders with administrative tasks.
• Test and support rollout of Sales and Marketing tools such as Salesforce and Showpad.
• Conduct market research, forecasting, metrics and sales analytics.
• Support profit and loss management, budgeting and financial data analysis.
• Develop product and disease condition knowledge, competitive landscape and customer/patient insights.
• Contribute to brand strategy, segmentation and positioning.
• Execute marketing plans including messaging, targeting, market development and channels.
• Plan and organise admin work and projects; collaborate cross-functionally.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
