Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, pharmacy, healthcare, business or marketing
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to manage projects and events from inception to post-event follow up

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating the development, approval, distribution and supply of demo equipment and sales collaterals.
• Processing marketing invoices and service contracts and reconciliation with finance.
• Event coordination of internal and external conferences including with health care professionals.
• Assisting Product and Marketing/Group Managers with non-customer facing duties, equipment management.
• Assisting business unit leaders with administrative tasks.
• Testing and supporting the roll out of Sales and Marketing tools such as Salesforce and Showpad.
