Oceania in Auckland leads sales across a portfolio of retirement villages from South Auckland to the North Shore, driving occupancy growth by generating enquiries and converting leads into completed ORA sales.

Collaborating with village leaders, Operations, Marketing and Sales teams, the role delivers strong commercial results while ensuring a great experience for prospective residents and their families.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong pipeline management and lead conversion skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisation, motivation and initiative.
  • Confidence using HubSpot or another CRM.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales activity across your villages, growing the pipeline and ORA sales.
  • Build relationships with prospective residents and guide them from enquiry through to sale.
  • Manage ILU and Care enquiries, ensuring leads are followed up and progressed.
  • Use HubSpot and sales data to identify opportunities and drive conversion.
  • Ensure available units are presented at their best.
  • Coach and support village leaders to strengthen sales capability.
  • Partner with Marketing on promotions, events and lead-generation activity.
  • Work with the Regional Operations Manager to drive Occupancy Growth Plans.
  • This may occasionally include evenings or weekends for village tours, open days and community events.

As Sales Manager, Auckland, you’ll lead sales activity across a portfolio of villages from South Auckland to the North Shore. Your focus will be growing occupancy by generating enquiries, managing the sales pipeline and converting leads into completed ORA sales.
