Oceania in New Zealand is seeking a Sales Manager for Auckland to lead sales across a portfolio of villages from South Auckland to the North Shore. You’ll focus on growing occupancy by generating enquiries, managing the sales pipeline and converting leads into ORA sales.
You’ll partner with village leaders, Operations, Marketing and Sales to deliver strong commercial results while creating a great experience for prospective residents and families.

As Sales Manager, Auckland, you’ll lead sales activity across a portfolio of villages from South Auckland to the North Shore. Your focus will be growing occupancy by generating enquiries, managing the sales pipeline and converting leads into completed ORA sales.
Working closely with our village leaders, Operations, Marketing and Sales teams, you’ll deliver strong commercial results while creating a great experience for prospective residents and their families.

You’ll be an experienced sales professional who combines commercial drive with empathy, confidence and a hands-on approach.
