Job summary

Arvida Group is seeking a Sales Consultant to support the Sales Manager with end-to-end sales at Peninsula Club. This role includes handling prospective enquiries, liaising with residents and families, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from first contact to moving in.

This is a fixed-term contract; weekend work is central. The successful candidate will bring a proven sales record and strong communication, with a passion for engaging with older New Zealanders.

Fixed-term contract: 40 hours a week - include a Saturday and Sunday.

Please note that weekend work is central to this position.

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a forward-thinking, progressive, and innovative organisation.

As the Sales Consultant, you will help the Sales Manager with the end-to-end sales process at Peninsula Club. This will include helping manage prospective enquiries, liaising with potential residents and their families, and providing an overall exceptional customer experience from first contact through to moving into the village.

You will also be a strong advocate of Arvida's Attitude of Living Well to enhance and grow residents’ health and wellbeing, and experience within our community.
