Job summary

Arvida Group NZ is seeking Wellness Partners to enrich residents' lives with kindness and purpose. You will work with residents to support personal care needs and promote resident-led choices in eating, movement, and activities.

You will observe and document health conditions, participate in ongoing training, and join a supportive care team in a culture that values teamwork, energy, and compassionate service. Weekend and night shifts are required.

Qualifications

• NZ residents and NZ citizens are prioritised in interviews.
• Arvida Level 3 to Level 4 progression based on qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care needs and encourage resident-led decisions.
• Observe, document, and communicate health conditions.
• Participation in ongoing training is expected.

Our Wellness Partners are at the heart of enriching the lives of our residents, doing everything with kindness and purpose. Each day you will work in partnership with residents to support their personal care needs and encourage resident‑led decision making in their eating, resting, movement, communication, and activities.

Wellness Partners encourage our residents to maintain skills and a sense of independence. Resident welfare is important, and you will also be required to observe, accurately document, and communicate health conditions Participation in ongoing training is expected.

We will be interviewing and screening NZ Residents and NZ Citizens as a priority before looking internationally.

Arvida Level 3 to Level 4

• NZQF Level 4 qualification orat least two years' experience (ANZSCO Skill Level 3)
• Evidence of an English test is required if from overseas

Utu Taipitopito | Pay Details (Level 3 to Level 4)

• $28.00 to $32.20 per hour depending on qualifications and experience
